About Vincent
Vincent H. Smith was a professor of economics at Montana State University. He is the director of Montana State’s Agricultural Marketing Policy Center and is a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.
He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Manchester University in England and his doctorate in economics from North Carolina State University.
