About Aubrey
Aubrey Neal worked with the Governance, Commercial Freedom and Civil Society, Education & Work teams to promote bipartisan conversations and relationships that result in free-market solutions, protections for America’s institutions and good governance policy.
Before joining R Street, Aubrey was a legislative assistant for the office of Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), where she specialized in government reform, transportation, energy and labor policy. Previously, she worked with Freedomworks’ Public Policy team, assisting in the vetting and endorsement of candidates for public office, as well as the establishment of the Judicial Reform Project.
Aubrey earned her bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College.
She lives in Washington, D.C., where she loves to go on runs along the National Mall and never passes up the opportunity to try a new restaurant.
