Stratford school board wants to do away with term limits

Term limits are often championed as government reform efforts that would prevent incumbent officials from becoming too entrenched in their positions. One counter-argument is that they instead help special interest groups and bureaucrats become entrenched as they stay in place while politicians come and go.
