About Stormy Trooper
Stormy Trooper researches springs, parkour, and policies that advance cat superiority. She promotes bipawtisan solutions to opening canned wet food without thumbs and promotes climate policy by cataloguing the difference between raindrops that she watches from her perch in Navy Yard.
In her free time, Stormy enjoys climbing the refrigerator, microwave, and bookshelves. She occasionally tests the bouncing quality of legos.
Stormy lives in Washington, D.C. with R Street Communications Director William Gray.
