Back in April, R Street Energy Policy Director Josiah Neeley moderated a panel at Earth Day Texas in Dallas. Billed as a “Policy Wonk Rumble,” the panel compared the merits of different ways to use the tax code to encourage clean energy and reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. Also featured on the panel were Peter Bryn of Citizens Climate Lobby, Travis Bradford of Columbia University, Rob Sisson of ConservAmerica, and Rod Richardson of the Grace Richardson Fund.
