Leaders from the US and across the globe continue to gather in Egypt this week for the UN Climate Change Conference. Their goal is to work through problems and politics to reduce climate change. But Phil Rossetti from the R Street Institute says that climate change doesn’t seem to be a priority anymore as leaders focus on impractical solutions and emissions from China and India are ignored.
