PMA’s David Taylor interviews energy expert Travis Kavulla, former president of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. A former utility commissioner in Montana, Kavulla was in Harrisburg to testify in favor of keeping Pennsylvania’s competitive market for electricity and against the nuclear bailout. His conclusion? “It’s pretty simple – Pennsylvania’s energy policy is a success that others in the United States look to.”
