For more than a year, the R Street Institute and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University have partnered to travel around the country to bring together more than 100 election officials, election administrators, business leaders, advocates, scholars and others working to help bolster and defend American elections.

The Committee for Safe and Secure Elections features cross‑partisan experts in election administration and law enforcement who aim to support policies and practices that protect election workers and voters from violence, threats, and intimidation.

Green Scissors is produced by Friends of the Earth, Taxpayers for Common Sense, R Street Institute, U.S. PIRG and Environment America to highlight and end wasteful and environmentally harmful federal spending.

The R Street Institute’s Governance program defines how a limited, effective government should operate to promote a free and just society.
